The ginkgo is an elegant and exotic plant that originally comes from the Far East, but has been native to our country for several hundred years. Its radially shaped leaves are something very special in the plant kingdom and are used as a model for many pieces of jewelry, and not without reason.

The ginkgo is a perennial plant. It can be planted directly into the Boum system and grows optimally with the Boum soil and irrigation.

The trees are grown several years in advance by our partner nursery and are easy and delivered safely packaged to your home. Since these are young plants grown in a natural way, the number of flowers and fruit buds may vary during shipping.

The ginkgo prefers a bright and sunny location in order to grow optimally and form fruit. If you do not have a Boum system, it may be necessary to water the plant several times a week during the summer months. The ginkgo is frost-hardy and can therefore remain outside during the winter.

With the Boum system, the Ginkgo (Ginkgo biloba) receives the optimum amount of water automatically, without waterlogging or drying out the plant. If you don't have a Boum system, you should water the plant regularly so that it has evenly moist soil without waterlogging.
