We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. However, since the sets, pots, and soil are bulky and heavy goods that need to be well-protected during transport, shipping incurs relatively high costs, part of which we pass on to our customers.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the goods:

• Value of goods up to 19 Swiss Francs/Euros: 6.90
• Value of goods up to 49 Swiss Francs/Euros: 9.90
• Value of goods up to 199 Swiss Francs/Euros: 14.90
• Value of goods up to 499 Swiss Francs/Euros: 24.90
• Value of goods over 500 Swiss Francs/Euros: 29.90

We always ship our products with Priority shipping via Swiss Post in Switzerland or GLS in Germany. We generally need 1-4 days for assembly and packaging, and delivery then takes place on the day after shipping (A-Post).
