Why do I have to pay shipping costs?
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for our customers. However, our sets, pots and soil are bulky and heavy and need to be well protected during transport. This makes shipping relatively expensive, and we pass on a small portion of these costs to our customers.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of the goods:
- Value of goods up to 19 Swiss Francs/Euros: 6.90
- Value of goods up to 49 Swiss Francs/Euros: 9.90
- Value of goods up to 199 Swiss Francs/Euros: 14.90
- Value of goods up to 499 Swiss Francs/Euros: 24.90
- Value of goods over 500 Swiss Francs/Euros: 29.90
How long does shipping take?
We always ship our products with Priority shipping via Swiss Post in Switzerland or GLS in Germany. We generally need 1-4 days for assembly and packaging, and delivery then takes place on the day after shipping (A-Post).
