The columnar apple tree develops only very short side shoots and therefore grows very narrowly upwards. The yellow fruits hang directly from the trunk and are wonderfully crisp and sweetly aromatic.

The dwarf apple tree is a perennial plant. It can be planted directly into the Boum system and grows optimally with Boum soil and irrigation.

At the time of shipping, the plant is approximately 70-80 cm tall. The trees are grown several years in advance by our partner nursery and delivered conveniently and safely packaged to your home. Since these are naturally grown young plants, the number of flowers and fruit sets may vary during shipping.

The pillar apple tree (Malus) prefers a bright and sunny location in order to grow optimally and produce fruit.
If you do not have a Boum system, it may be necessary to water the plant several times a week during the summer months. The columnar apple is frost-hardy and can therefore be left outside over the winter.
