Parsley is one of the most popular culinary herbs and can be used almost anywhere. Our curly parsley adds freshness to salads, vegetable dishes and dips and contains many valuable nutrients and vitamins.

Parsley is a biennial plant. It should be protected from frost in winter if possible and can be enjoyed in the second year until it flowers. It can be planted directly into the Boum system and grows optimally with the Boum soil and irrigation.

The seedlings are pre-grown in spring and delivered to your home conveniently and securely packaged from March 2024.

Depending on the season, the seedling may have been cut back or not yet sprouted at the time of delivery. In the Boum system, however, the plant will quickly recover and start to grow.

Parsley (Petroselinum crispum) prefers a bright location. It is best to place it in a sunny to semi-shady spot where it can receive several hours of direct sunlight per day. However, draughts should be avoided. You can find more plant information in the Boum app.

With the Boum system, parsley (Petroselinum crispum) automatically receives the optimum amount of water without water logging or drying out.
If you do not have a Boum system, you should water the plant regularly so that it has evenly moist soil without water logging. The plant is frost-hardy and perennial and can stay outside all winter.
