If you hear the pump working but no water is being pumped, there's no need to panic. This can happen in rare cases and is usually due to a stuck pump diaphragm. This phenomenon often occurs after winter storage when the controller has been inactive for a long time. Here we show you how you can get your controller up and running, or rather pumping, again in no time.
How do I get the pump working again?
Take the controller and place it upside down (i.e., inverted) on the tank and switch it on. Now hold the transparent suction hose up and activate the pump in the app. Due to gravity, the residual water flows from the hose into the pump, moistening the diaphragm.
If this doesn't help, you can also remove the metal filter on the suction hose and let some water run into the hose. Now activate the pump again.
Et voilà - Your controller is now ready for use again!
