The Andean Berry (Physalis peruviana) prefers a bright and sunny location in order to grow optimally and produce fruit. It is also important to protect the location from wind and draughts, as the plant can react sensitively to these conditions.
If you do not have a Boum system, it may be necessary to water the plant daily during the summer months. Fertilising is also important, especially during the growth and fruiting phase. It is best to use Boum fertiliser, which decomposes slowly over time and releases its nutrients into the soil.
