The Boum Drip Set is perfect for anyone who wants to retrofit their existing pots with a smart irrigation system. With it, you can reliably and sustainably supply all plants, from vegetables to small trees, with water.
The Boum Drip Set includes a Boum controller (smart pump), 20 Boum drippers with a matching holder, and 25 meters of tubing. A compatible water tank can be added as needed.
- Automatic watering: Simply fill a water tank and attach the smart Boum controller to it to take care of watering all your plants for you. Depending on the tank volume, one fill lasts for several weeks to months.
- Boum Controller – our smart pump: The Boum Controller – a smart, solar-powered pump – is the heart of the irrigation system and is equipped with various sensors. It can be placed on any water tank with a diameter of 40 cm and not only looks extremely elegant, but also serves as a rain collector, thus saving additional water.
- Boum Drippers: With Boum Drippers, you can reliably water up to 20 existing pots. The drippers are pre-installed on our popular Quick-Connect fittings, so you simply need to attach the tubing. Each dripper has a flow rate of 2 liters per hour. The app calculates the ideal pumping duration for your connected pots.
- Solar-powered: Thanks to solar panels and energy-saving architecture, the Boum system also runs reliably outdoors without a power connection.

Boum controller - our smart pump
The controller – a smart, solar-powered pump – serves as the tank lid and is the brain of the system. It pumps water from your water tank and distributes it to your plants via the drippers. Depending on the size of your water tank, one tankful lasts for several weeks! This means you don't have to worry about your plants while you're on vacation or going about your daily routine – Boum takes care of them.
Boum Dropper
The Boum drippers distribute water evenly to your plants. One dripper can deliver up to 2 liters of water per hour. The more pots are connected, the smaller the amount of water per dripper. But don't worry – our app suggests the right number of drippers for your plants and calculates the appropriate pumping duration depending on the weather.
Boum App
The Boum app provides you with all the essential information about the system and your plants. With it, you can control the system from anywhere. Our proprietary algorithm calculates the ideal pumping volume based on the connected pots and local weather conditions. The Boum app includes notifications for refilling the water tank and fertilizing, frost warnings, climate data, and much more. In addition, the app features a library of over 3,500 plants, chat support, video tutorials – it has everything you need. We develop and expand the Boum app ourselves, and regularly deliver new features so you can grow and enjoy your plants even better.

Smart irrigation
The Boum controller is a smart, solar-powered pump. It can be placed on any water tank with a diameter of 40cm (e.g., the Boum water tank). Thanks to the water tank, you don't need a water connection on your balcony to automatically water your plants for several days or even weeks.
The control unit incorporates many other sensors. These measure, for example, the daily amount of water pumped, the temperature on your balcony, and the amount of sunlight. This data is displayed clearly and understandably in the app.
The lid is also designed to collect rainwater falling on it and direct it into the tank. A special UV filter on the surface prevents the lid from fading, even in highly exposed locations.
Water-saving drippers
The Boum drippers have a flow capacity of 2 liters per hour. You decide when you want to water your plants (up to three pump events per day).
Our proprietary algorithm calculates the precise amount of water your plants need. The smart control system adjusts the pumping time based on the number of drippers and the local weather conditions (so that no additional water is pumped during rain).
